Hi and welcome to my first blog. I really not sure what I'm doing or why I'm doing it, but hey, what is life if not for a few adventures.
Well anyway about my writing. I've been writing on and off for a few years now but last year decided to really put more time and effort into it. I'm writing contempory romance at the moment because I love romance stories.
I have two books on the go now, but I've come to a screaming holt with writer's block. Maybe blogging will help me get past it, I can only hope. So with this block firmly in place I have been doing research for my books. I have a paper trail a mile long or should I say a kilometer. Whatever.
You know for months now I've had these character's nattering away in my head and now that I have the time to sit and write again they have all decided to go on holidays. You watch next week when I have my grandson with me they'll all come back wanting to play again.
Well thats it for my first ever blog. The ramblings of a writer.

Bummer about your characters deciding to go on holiday now that you want to put them on paper. They can be a capricious lot like that, can't they. Definitely want to work on their timetable not yours. Hope they're ready to come home soon.
