   Roast Fillet of Veal.
   Boiled Leg of Lamb.
   Ham, garnished with Brocoli.
   Vegetables.


  THIRD COURSE.
   Ducklings.
   Compôte of Rhubarb.
   Custards.
   Vanilla Cream.
   Orange Jelly.
   Cabinet Pudding.
   Ice Pudding.
